WhoSaid is a trivia game where users guess the author of famous quotes across categories including History, Sports, Science, Literature, and Pop Culture.

You may create an account using Google OAuth or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You may also play as a guest without an account; in that case, your progress is stored only on your device and will not sync across devices.

You agree not to:

Cheat, manipulate scores, or attempt to disrupt the rankings;

Share offensive or inappropriate content through challenges;

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Premium features include an ad-free experience, access to all categories, advanced statistics with full game history, and an exclusive PRO badge.

During the beta period, premium is available at no charge (mock activation, no real payment). Future paid subscriptions will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

The quotes used in the Service are famous quotations used under fair use for educational and entertainment purposes.

The app design, code, branding, and other content are owned by WhoSaid and protected by applicable laws.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account & Data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
